Coolbarz is a simple Quick Launch bar tool, it will generate the extra Quick Launch bars at the top, left and right of your screen by default, and they look like the Windows taskbar. Once the extra Quick Launch bars are generated, just drag your shortcuts or documents and drop them to the extra bars to enjoy Coolbarz.
